Telematics and fleet management leader gets behind Team BRIT

Masternaut, the leader in commercial telematics and fleet data analysis, has announced its support of Team BRIT.

With offices in the UK and France and a presence across Europe, Masternaut has become the latest sponsor to support the team, as it prepares to take part in its biggest ever race in the Aston Martin Le Mans Festival at Le Mans tomorrow.

The Masternaut logo will be proudly displayed on the team’s Aston Martin V8 Vantage as it sets new ground as the first all-disabled team to race on the iconic La Sarthe circuit.

Masternaut has been at the forefront of commercial telematics for over 20 years and is pioneering the application of data analysis to help fleet operators improve efficiency and customer service whilst lowering fleet operating costs and cutting emissions. Telematics is the technology which transmits data, like location and speed, from vehicles, and case studies with the team are planned to find out more about Team BRIT’s performance on track.

Dhruv Parekh, CEO of Masternaut, said "We are delighted to be supporting Team BRIT as they provide the opportunity for extremely deserving people to take on an incredible challenge, to rebuild their confidence, achieve success in a highly competitive field and to inspire others. They are certainly an inspiration to us as we strive to advance the art and science of telematics and to catalyse the world of commercial fleets"

CEO and Founder of Team BRIT, Dave Player said, “Having the support of a market leader such as Masternaut means a great deal to us.  We are now supported by two global leaders in this industry, as Masternaut joins out long-term backer, Fraikin.

“The technology that Masternaut has developed is simply fascinating, so combining their analytical data with our hand control technology, means we have the tools we need to look at how we can continue to develop as a serious racing team.  We can’t wait to work with the Masternaut experts to learn more about our potential on the track.”
