A group of employees and clients from Team BRIT’s title sponsor, Brit Insurance have got ‘race ready’ thanks to an intensive day on the track with Team BRIT.
Staff and clients from Brit joined Team BRIT’s crew at Mallory Race Circuit today for an intensive day of coaching and tuition before taking their ARDS (Association of Racing Driver Schools) test. Everyone passed the test, meaning they are set to start their motorsport journey.
The day was arranged as part of the firm’s sponsorship, and alongside their tuition, attendees also enjoyed some hot laps in Team BRIT’s BMW 116s, driven by W Series driver, Sarah Moore.
Team BRIT commercial manager Mike Scudamore said, “What a fantastic day we enjoyed in the Mallory Park sunshine today.
“Brit are such supporters of our team and without their backing, we simply wouldn’t be able to carry out our work to help disabled drivers get into motorsport.
“They wanted to provide an exclusive opportunity for their staff, so with the help of the Motorsports School and the team at Mallory Park, we put together a packed day of hot laps, intensive tuition and ARDS tests.
“It was great to be able to provide such a fun day out for the Brit team who do so much to help us reach our goals.”
