A number of the Team BRIT crew and drivers spent a fantastic day in London last week, as part of a development away day organised by title sponsor, Brit Insurance.
Brit has signed a multi-year contract with the team and will be supporting them as they progress towards their goal of Le Mans in 2020.
As part of the partnership, Brit staff are fully involved with the team, supporting them at races, volunteering at events and providing support with the corporate running of the team.
Last Thursday, 27th July, Brit’s partners and fellow team supporters, Norton Rose Fulbright, a global legal firm, provided a day of fascinating presentations for the team, along with staff from Brit’s Global Specialty division.
The team were subject to the ‘DISC’ personality assessment, hearing more about themselves in the workplace and heard fascinating inputs on social media, presentation skills and branding.
Team Founder Dave Player said, “We all thoroughly enjoyed our day with Brit Insurance and NRF last week.
“Team BRIT is a business, and is run as such, so every member of our team benefitted hugely from the expertise and insight delivered by NRF. This event reflects the unique and hugely effective relationship we have developed with Brit. We are extremely grateful for the variety of support they offer us and we work hard to ensure that they benefit equally from their relationship with the team, by providing unique and enjoyable opportunities for their staff and colleagues.”
