A major international law firm is the latest partner to pledge its support for our team.

Mishcon de Reya, which has been operating for almost 90 years and has a team of more than 650 lawyers providing legal services to clients across the world, has joined us as a sponsor for two seasons.

Mishcon de Reya’s expert team will be helping us with the provision of legal advice and support, along with facilitating introductions to their clients and wider business network as we strive to increase sponsorship to support our work in driving forward accessibility in motorsport.

The Mishcon de Reya branding will now be seen across our three racing cars for the 2025 and 2026 racing seasons. Their team will also have access to exclusive Team BRIT events and hospitality in return for their support.

The partnership comes after Team Principal Mike Scudamore met with Mishcon de Reya partner Kavan Bakhda at the Black Book Motorsport networking event earlier this year. Kavan and Managing Associate Chris Matthews visited the team at Donington for round 5 of the Britcar Endurance Championship.

Mike explains: “It’s a real pleasure to welcome Mishcon de Reya to the Team BRIT family. When I met Kavan at the networking event earlier this year, it was clear that we had a shared love of motorsport and a passion for inclusivity, so there was no doubt that we would work well together and bring mutual benefits to each other’s organisations.

“Having the support and expert advice of their legal team will be so valuable to us, and we’re incredibly grateful. We strive to work to the highest standards in everything we do, and that includes our legal responsibilities, right across our operations. We also look forward to building our network through their connections, who we hope could be inspired to support us in the work we’re doing to revolutionise motorsport for the better.”

Kavan Bakhda, Partner at Mishcon de Reya, said: “We are thrilled to collaborate with Team Brit and support their inspiring mission. From my first conversation with Mike Scudamore, it was clear that we share a deep passion for motorsport. I am excited that Mishcon de Reya and Team Brit have united to work together, combining our strengths to drive forward positive change in the racing world. As experts in sports law, we are well-equipped to provide the legal support and guidance necessary to help Team Brit achieve their goals and overcome any challenges they may face.”
