Team BRIT is proudly announcing new digital partner, ORCKID.
The three-year-partnership will see ORCKID develop a new website to improve our online visibility and fan engagement, as well as a new digital application that will help us make better use of our crucial performance data.
Launching today, with further development planned throughout the year, will focus on bringing our story to life, offering better accessibility to content on the drivers, cars, and race weekend experiences. The application, which will be developed later this year, will have a primary focus on harnessing data from their race performances, car setup and track data, to generate insights that can help boost team performance.
The launch of the new website and app coincides with our entry into the British GT Championship, and our new McLaren 570s GT4 will bear the ORCKID logo.
Dan Ellis, Managing Director, ORCKID, says: “I’m extremely excited to be partnering with Team BRIT. Not only are they competing at the top level in UK motor sport, and winning, the team have an incredible story which we’re proud to be part of. My hope is that we can help them achieve their goal of racing at Le Mans by making the team more interactive with their fans and sponsors and helping them better understand their performances by harnessing their race data through technology.”
Dave Player, Team Founder, Team BRIT says: “We’re incredibly proud to have received the belief, support and backing of Orckid. Having their technical and digital expertise to help us better engage with our fans and supporters, and to help us make the best use of our data, will be so valuable.
“As we continue on our mission to reach Le Mans, whilst also creating a sustainable ladder of motorsport opportunities for disabled drivers, we need to build an infrastructure that will grow with us. The addition of Orckid’s services will be crucial to this.”
