Team BRIT driver Paul Fullick is already making plans for the 2025 season thanks to his long-term supporters, Carbon Fibre Tubes
The Fareham-based company has confirmed its support of Paul for the 2025 season, just weeks after Paul finished his 2024 racing, with a superb performance in the British Endurance Championship.
Paul has just completed his first full season of GT4 racing, driving our McLaren 570S GT4 alongside Aaron Morgan. The pair secured multiple podium finishes, ending the championship 5th overall and 2nd in their class.
Throughout, the Carbon Fibre Tubes branding has been displayed across the McLaren and Paul’s race helmet and race suit. The firm manufactures composite tubing and parts for a wide range of industries, with a huge variety of applications. Their work includes designing and manufacturing parts for Formula 1 cars, motorsport pit equipment, medical technology, marine equipment, aerospace components, sustainable technology infrastructure and even defence equipment.
Simon and the Carbon Fibre Tubes team have been loyal supporters of Paul’s journey with Team BRIT, backing him since he joined in 2022. Operating from Paul and Simon’s hometown of Fareham, the company has recently celebrated 21 years of trading, but has undergone significant growth in recent years. Carbon Fibre Tubes’ wide range of composite engineering capabilities allows them to solve complex technical problems and produce highly engineered composites for their customers’ projects. They have also supplied carbon fibre parts for the team’s fleet of cars!
Carbon Fibre Tubes Managing Director, Simon Brackwell, explains:
“Sponsoring Paul and being part of the Team Brit story for another year is a real privilege for us. Not only do we get to be part of the fantastic organisation and support Team Brit’s ambitions, but we love seeing the application of innovation and assistive technologies being deployed across the fleet. We’re really excited to give Paul our full support again this year, and support the team as they smash down even more barriers in disability sport.”
Paul Fullick said: “Simon and the team at Carbon Fibre Tubes are like family to me, and when I joined Team BRIT, I gained an even bigger family – thanks to their support.
“Racing means the world to me and I could not be more grateful to them for helping make it a part of my life. I was really proud to wear the Carbon Fibre Tubes branding throughout this season, especially when we lifted silverware!
“The team is working on our racing plans for next year, and I can’t wait to be part of them once again.”
