Team BRIT has announced a partnership with leading diversity and inclusion consultants DiverseCity Think Tank (DCTT).

DCTT specialises in building inclusive cultures and increasing the productivity and effectiveness of organisations by providing solutions to addressing unconscious bias and building cohesive diverse teams.  The unique partnership will see DCTT founder Buki Mosaku and author of ‘I Don’t Understand: A Practical Guide to Navigating Bias in the Workplace’, teaming up with Team BRIT drivers in providing bespoke talks and training to organisations.

Demand for presentations from the team has increased significantly in recent months, with a number of major corporates benefiting from the insight, mindset and resilience of drivers

With Buki’s bias navigation, high performance and resilience expertise, the combined talks can now offer tangible solutions and training opportunities to organisations looking to address the important issues of workplace bias, wellbeing and high performance. Topics covered can include ‘unconscious bias’ faced by those with disabilities and from other marginalised and minority groups, as well as resilience, mindset and performance training.

A combination of insights, learning, coping strategies, skills, and training will be provided to equip the audiences and teams with the tools needed to excel personally, and professionally in a high-performance environment.

Team BRIT Head of Team Engagement, diversity and Inclusion, Harriet Holley said: “Team BRIT’s ethos is ‘believe and achieve’ and our drivers do this through a resilient mindset, supported by coping strategies built through experience. This combined with DCTT’s popular training programmes creates an inspirational training platform like no other and I’m confident that we can make a real difference through our combined expertise.

“The feedback we have received from the organisations who have heard from our drivers or been trained by Buki so far has been overwhelmingly positive and it’s fantastic to be able to build on our offering to create these unique opportunities.”

Buki Mosaku said: “I’m looking forward to the transformative impact this collaboration will mean for our existing and new clients.”

Some of the feedback has included: “It was an incredibly insightful session, which all should take notes from. Discussing sensitive topics that corporate companies usually don’t like to talk about was needed to break the barrier of formality. I would recommend all to join the session.” Minahil C – SKY
