Team BRIT offers unique opportunities for disabled drivers that have never been available before.
If you are a disabled driver with a full UK licence*, you can take part in track days, giving you the chance to experience the thrill of the race track, or you can sign up to the Team BRIT Racing Academy.
Introductory track sessions

Track sessions give you your first experience of the track, held at race circuits all over the UK, these half-day sessions are your first step towards the world of motorsport.
Our intro sessions are led by our experienced instructors and include:
- 15 mins on our top of the range Vesaro race simulator, fitted with our hand controls
- 2 laps of the track as a passenger in our Academy VW Polo
- 3 laps of the track driving our Academy VW Polo
- 15 mins debrief using video footage of your laps, that you can take home and keep
Additional laps can be purchased at the track.  Once the intro session is completed, additional track sessions can be booked without the need to be a passenger first.

Racing Academy Course
If you are a disabled driver with a full UK licence*, you can apply to enter Team BRIT’s Academy, where you will take part in a full course offering expert tuition, coaching and instruction, before taking your Association of Racing Drivers Schools Test (ARDS).
You must have completed an introductory track session before you are eligible to enrol in a course.
The course lasts 4 days, culminating in the ARDS test.
If passed, an ARDS test will equip you with a race licence, enabling you to race at circuits all over the UK.
The course includes:
-          Full coaching and guidance on competitive racing
-          Access to race prepared cars, ranging from VW polos to BMW 116s
-          Use of world-leading hand controls
-          Training on a top of the range simulator
-          On-board footage and analysis to take away
-          ARDS test and licence (when successful)

The Team BRIT Academy is open to both disabled and able-bodied drivers.  The Academy’s cars will be equipped with top of the range hand controls and standard pedals so can suit a wide range of requirements.
Disabled drivers who successfully attain their ARDs licence may also be offered the chance to try out as rookies with Team BRIT.
